Spent 3 years in staffing and experienced both candidate/employer market conditions...Best advice would be to build a strong relationship with your candidate on the front end so they respect you enough to treat your process right.ย  Don't just have 1 call then send their resume over, however if you do, make sure you made them like you on that first call (mainly by basic rapport and being human, not hustling a req).

That's essentially what I'm seeing as well. Saw a fair amount of the ghosting due to other offers before the Pando but haven't had much since up until the last month or two. Jobs are flyin right now.ย
