Anyone interested in doing a deal review?

I just lost a big one (150K, my ASP is usually 20-30k, so this was big for me), and I've done the autopsy already so I kinda think I know what happened, but I'm too close to it to know for sure. Before I go on and describe the whole thing, I thought I'd ask to see if there's interest. I could definitely use the feedback!
