had a recruiter hit me up from Twilio. just curious if any of you guys have interviewed with them or worked there, & what your thoughts are on:

1) them as a company

2) their interview process

3) their product-market fit

4) their sales org

you should look at glassdoor and repvue to answer those questions. i googled twilio and that's what popped up. bravado is great but doesnt have the answers to these questions yet - its still anonymous etc etc you'll have more luck googling those reviews to get insights than asking on here.

yeah for sure that’s fair. i looked on glassdoor, repvue, & compgauge (which is owned by bravado). just was hoping for a little more detail is all

I work for their competitors but im more focused in MENA. I have a colleague that works for them now in Dublin. She is very happy.

Look in terms of product market fit they are the leaders in what they are doing. However, the role of AE and AM is quite a mystery for me because all of the customers that churn from then in MENA say good things about the product but basically 0 customer support.

I guess it won't be the same if you are based in US or EURope since 70 of the revuene is US driven...

I'd say go, but watch out because the market share is going to be contensted by MessageBird and Infobip and Clickatell who are getting into the US market via aquisitions and burning the prices and they have technology parity. Just not the marketing clout...yet
