I’d worry about burnout but whatever works for you, different strokes and all that

I can’t take 2 full days off in my job, so I do the same on Saturday’s. Usually try not to Sunday’s but, at most, it’s an hour or so.

Just wrapped up my Saturday work session

It’s difficult to unplug but I do try to not work work on Saturday and Sunday. Occasionally something comes up that needs my attention and I’m always accessible in case my reps need me but typically only pull out the computer if it’s really necessary.

If it works, do it. I might occasionally answer an email or two over the weekend but other than that, I try to unplug.

Used to do this - burnouts happen much quicker in my opinion....

These days. I only respond to super hi-priority emails/calls. Prefer time with the family!
