I mean...just read the winners board bottom up to discover the losers.
Wouldn’t this demotivate the ones on the "losers
list"? We have employee of the month, but not "worse performer"

We have a DNC list, of people who scream profanity does

We dont inherently have a "losers" list but everyone knows whoever is sitting at the bottom of the stack are the losers and no one ever wants to be there.
Why create a losers list where someone can get recognized for being awful at what they do. I know of a few AEs that would take great pleasure in this

My work isn’t a “wolf of wallstreet” culture (small so there ain’t no presidents club LOL)
but I think it would have affected me more as a younger person, I’m less attached to the outcome
I don't think a losers list would be a great idea for any company.

"Losers list" sounds like something HR is waiting for some manager to do, just go bring all hell down on him/her. If anything, keep a top performers list. Anyone who didn't make it is just behind.
Yes. We had a refunds list. I unfortunately led it one month by $96,000. The client used the wrong card and we refunded it to that card and then drew it from his bank the day following. SalesOps never updated the report and made me LOOK LIKE A FUCKING IDIOT in our Monday sales meeting. That was great. fuck me.
Jesus. That person already knows. What value does this serve?
I am all for public shaming, companies should make it standard. The world has become too soft wanting everyone to feel good

Yikes. This is painful. I mean I guess you can figure out the losers cause they're on the bottom, but we don't call them losers.

I'm big on having those towards the bottom not feel like losers. Keeps company moral and culture alot better.
We had a "No Board" for a while. Basically we would put funny rejections that we got as SDRs. The idea was to sort of sunshine our failures so we could have a laugh and learn from those instances. Didn't catch on too much tho

I’ve heard of companies that make their reps who don’t make quota sit through a sales 101 training while everyone else parties 😩😮
Maybe they showcase it to show potential companies they are available? Or maybe to show they are thriving at the new startup they landed? I dunno.
