Anyone using AI Personalization Tools?

In the past I used a tool called Nova.AI but that is no longer around. The tool allowed me to pick from various personalization lines to inject into emails. (sports, weather, resturants, linkedin, twitter, etc)

It helped my reply rates but it's gone and now there are a lot more replacements. So curious what the WR thinks or knows?

Here are the ones I keep seeing pop up:

Frankly I think a lot of this is overhyped. This is the example that Lyne use on their website. Pretty laughable:

Subject line:ย Lou Malantiโ€™sโ€‹
Helloย Elon,ย

Are you currently using personalized โ€œicebreakersโ€ for your cold email outreach?

Reason Iโ€™m asking is because weโ€™ve developed an AI-based system that writes those for you, hyper-personalized to your prospects based on recent news, case studies, podcast appearances, and much more.

If relevant, I could send over a sample of what our data looks like at scale. Worth a look?

Thanks,Andrew

PS.ย Read on your LinkedIn that you live in Chicago. Donโ€™t know if youโ€™re a foodie but Iโ€™ve heard good things about Lou Malnatiโ€™s โ€“ have you ever been there?

I used this one before...Donโ€™t know if youโ€™re a foodie but Iโ€™ve heard good things about Lou Malnatiโ€™s โ€“ have you ever been there?

It came from Nova.ai, but I changed it a little to "I'm heading to Chicago in a few months, should I check out Lou Malnati's or somewhere else?"

It's just so generic. Couldn't you get the same thing by googling "popular restaurants in Atlanta"?ย

Oh you definitely could. Just curious what everyone thought about the new tools. Using tools is not bad, using tools for everything is bad.

Just write an email on your own. What would you say to them if you were face to face?

I do, but with the number of these companies popping up it's worth talking about. This type of new tech will only make good reps better.

I feel like personalization is off message, idk. I've never used it. Maybe I'm a boomer and so I get right to it, but if I get them talking about food, THEY KNOW a sales pitch is still coming, so what's the point. Someone convince me this is worth the time and I'll take a look at it in between yelling at clouds.

I've used Warmer.AI and it's pretty sweet. You just put in someone's LinkedIn URL and it generates the first line of an email for you. Then you can download a CSV of all the personalized first lines and upload it into your email automation tool. Pretty sweet way to do personalization in a way that scales.

Just plugged in Corp's profile and it gave me some really weird stuff actually haha so might take some editing.

AI in Sales: The Ultimate Force Multiplier (And Why Itโ€™s a Non-Negotiable Skill Now)
Love this breakdown, and I couldnโ€™t agree moreโ€”if youโ€™re not using AI in sales, youโ€™re leaving money on the table. The way I see it, AI is no longer a โ€œnice-to-haveโ€ toolโ€”itโ€™s the new baseline for top performers. The reps who integrate AI seamlessly into their workflow will outpace, out-learn, and out-close everyone else. How Iโ€™m Leveraging AI in Sales TodayIโ€™ve been using Gemini, ChatGPT, and Grok, but also incorporating AI into broader sales processes beyond just prospect research and copywriting. Hereโ€™s whatโ€™s been working:๐Ÿ” Deep Account & Prospect Research

AI helps analyze 10-Ks, earnings reports, and industry trends in minutes instead of hours.
Grokโ€™s Twitter/X scraping is a game-changerโ€”being able to see real-time conversations from execs helps craft hyper-relevant outreach.
ChatGPT is excellent at summarizing company reports and LinkedIn activity to personalize pitches.
๐Ÿ’ก AI for Sales Strategy & Positioning

I use AI to break down competitorsโ€™ sales tactics and position my offering more strategically.
Market shifts? AI helps predict buying trends, so I can adjust my pitch before my competitors do.
โœ๏ธ Hyper-Personalized Outreach (That Doesnโ€™t Sound Like AI)

AI can write emails fast, but they still need a human touch.

My rule: AI drafts it, I edit and humanize it.
Combining AI-powered insights (from ChatGPT/Grok) with real buyer pain points creates killer messaging.
๐Ÿ“Š AI for Forecasting & Deal Coaching

AI-powered CRM tools (Gong, Clari, etc.) help analyze deal risks and pipeline health.
AI listens to sales calls, flags objection-handling gaps, and even recommends better follow-up questions.
Power Rankings & Why Itโ€™s All About Use Case๐Ÿ”ฅ 1. Grok โ€“ Best for live data scraping + real-time market insights. If you rely on fresh data (especially in fast-moving industries like tech), this is the tool.๐Ÿ”ฅ 2. ChatGPT โ€“ Best for structured thinking, deep research, and writing long-form content (emails, pitch decks, sales scripts).๐Ÿ”ฅ 3. Gemini โ€“ Good potential, but lacking depth in responses compared to the others. Still waiting for it to level up.AI Wonโ€™t Replace Sales Repsโ€”But It Will Replace Those Who Donโ€™t AdaptThe biggest misconception? That AI will โ€œreplaceโ€ salespeople. It wonโ€™t. But sellers who donโ€™t adopt AI will fall behind those who do. AI allows reps to sell smarter, faster, and with better data, which is ultimately what wins deals. So now Iโ€™m curiousโ€”whatโ€™s been your biggest AI-driven sales win so far? ๐Ÿš€ Letโ€™s swap notes.

An Open Invitation: Review My AI in Sales & Marketing Course Content
Beyond applying AI in my own sales process, Iโ€™m also developing and teaching a university-level course on AI in Sales & Marketing, designed to help the next generation of sellers master AI-driven prospecting, deal execution, and pipeline management. The course covers:
โœ… How AI is reshaping the sales funnel from lead gen to forecasting
โœ… AI-driven personalization & automation that actually converts
โœ… The future of sales leadership with AIโ€”how to coach, strategize, and win at scale
Iโ€™d love for some of you in the Bravado community to take a look at the content, give feedback, and share what youโ€™d like to see in an AI sales course.
If youโ€™re interested, DM me or drop a comment below, and Iโ€™ll send over a preview!
AI isnโ€™t the future of salesโ€”itโ€™s the present. Letโ€™s master it together.
