Super interesting. While Adam's visionary skills allowed WeWork a competitive advantage (compelling smart millennials to work insanely hard, and garnering jaw-dropping valuations), that same visionary supernova-ed with lack of focus (WeLive/WeGrow, negotiating poor deals, growing too quickly).

With a little focus and wise counsel, I think WeWork could have really crushed it with SoftBank's $4B....ย until Covid made co-working spaces useless.
