We covered a rep's cubicle with post it notes. I'm talking we peeled a hundred packs one by one, and covered every inch of white space. Including pens, stapler,ย computer, etc. and added the lovely toilet seat cover for his chair of course.ย It was a colorful creation.ย
I just got a coworker that with they were getting rid of commision + salary and making it one or the other and had a nice fake email written up from the director.
Best one I have heard about was a manager sent a 15minute invite titled "HR - Quick Sync" to a newish rep, and told them to bring their laptop and badge.ย

wrapped a coworker's entire work station in wrapping paper- desk, chair, monitor, everything on their desk down to paper clips. Took them over an hour to unwrap it all

I was on a team covering the West Coast. We had a rivalry with the East Coast team. We hid 50+ car air fresheners in their area of the office after they went home one evening(in the ceiling tiles, under chairs, under desks, etc.) The smell was pungent. The next day was a site to see!
My director got everyone who started in the last two months, including myself, by shooting them a note about needing them for something, and then the whole team was on the Zoom call with a background that made fun of us for getting pranked. Pretty solid move.ย
Before bringing in snacks for the team became passรฉ, I used to take Oreos and add soap shavings and called them double stuffed.ย
Last year, colleagues that I text with frequently all got together (along with my wife...and the eventually my sister) and communicated with me using only upside down texts.
