Are most of the leads your reps bring to AE's crap?

As the title says, do the leads your reps bring in convert to $ or are they trash which leads to AE's prospecting on their own.


Only 2/5 of my leads actually convert post-handoff to my AE, should that be 5/5? Obviously, I need to build pipeline, but should they be all golden geese, or do you have 1 or 2 opps you know wouldn't convert?

Yes because they're metric'd on bookings, silly since I rarely punch the shit kicked to me.
