Are these metrics for the BDR role at Salesforce attainable?

Interviewing for a BDR role at Salesforce. I was told by a recruiter that these are the typical metrics. How do these compare to other companies? Repvue says only 45% of reps at Salesforce are hitting quota, which doesn't sound too encouraging....

Monthly:
* Calls - 900 -1000
* Connects - 100-120
* Meetings - 18-30 (depending on segment and motion)
* Stage 2 Pipeline - 10-12 Opps
* ACV - will vary by segment

Calls - yes. Because itโ€™s 100% your efforts.

The rest varies. Too much out of your control. Itโ€™s basically the 10% rule. They assume 10% of each metric will move to the next step.

I agree. That is totally within the reps control. It's a very reasonable number of calls. However, I would be sceptical of the breakdown beyond that point.
I worked with a competitor previously and it's an incredibly saturated with low connect rates. On top of that, SFDC is an industry leader and it's likely that if your prospect isn't already a customer, they're with a competitor. If you've ever tried to move CRMs, it's a huge pain.
From experience, I'd guess this is a purely outbound role that will need ~3K dials a month to meet the pipeline requirements. Workrate is still manageable. It's the number of fresh prospects out there that I'd be more concerned about. I'm not that surprised that only 45% of reps hit quota. Likely by design.

That breaks down to 40-50 calls a day
4-5 connects per day
1 meeting per day
2-3 meetings per week converting to pipeline.

All are realistic but will depend on your ability to hone your talk tracks and power through the constant NOs.

Calls are completely do-able, even low IMO.

Connects will depend on the data you have, but SFDC should be pretty good in that regard.

I do agree with @Notmyrealname though - CRM is is so damn sticky, and everybody knows Salesforce. You can't turn a cruise ship on a dime.

Agree with the group. Calls should be "easy" if you plan right and hustle, and I assume salesforce gives you some solid tools to work with.
But 18-30 meetings per week? That's converting on bare minimum of 15% of "connects," which is completely unrealistic. As is the 10+% connect rating. I wish 1 out of 10 of my calls get answered!
I'd be curious as well if the reps are truly judged this way, or if this is just a best guess/assumption the recruiter threw at you.

Calls feels somewhere between low and really low. So, if you bump that number up then everything else becomes a bit more reasonable.
You're not going to connect at 12%, but if you do 1500 calls, then you can get 100-120 connects. The rest feels mostly reasonable although stage 2 isn't really in your control.

I wouldn't be scared by the 45%, though. There is usually a ramp up window and if you're not in the top half of SDRs after that period, maybe sales isn't for you. Use salesforce for the learning opportunity. It will teach you some good habits and prepare you for almost any role.
