Take PTO. The world won’t end. You need to recharge away from work.
"My quota is currently recovering from a PTO"... That's for the near misses out there. Your PTO didn't quite get you fired, but you're on the chopping block.
Always take PTO, always do interviews while on PTO too but they are mutually exclusive because I just have better time doing interviews there. Honest to God I don't worry about Quota during PTO but you can never trust management too if you take a dip.

I've taken P.T.O multiple times and never had a problem. Hell I took P.T.O before I had P.T.O and my company was cool with it. One of the reasons I have so much love for them and try and do good work. Relationships are a two way street
This poll...I didn't take PTO nearly enough early in my career but I sure as shit do now. If I need to take a call or two, fine. But vacation is worthwhile.
I take PTO all the time. never have issues with it.
