It depends on what you are putting inside. Just like in sales, step 1 is to qualify and understand the situation and use case!
If I see someone eating a crunchy fish taco, I may have a stroke. Anything seafood = Soft.
If you are going authentic (carnitas, onions, cilantro) = definitely soft. The real debate there becomes corn or flour tortillas.
If you are going Americanized (taco meat, beans, cheese, etc) = Crunchy is the way to go.
If I do fast food (taco bell), I normally do crunchy with a side of Pepto. The soft tacos tend to get soggy when not immediately consumed.

Standard is a burrito-sized, soft flour tortilla. Fold the ends in and wrap it up to keep all the contents in. Good for kids.

First off, I’m not in “sales” , I’m on the phone in the fucking trenches like I drafted my own damn self and love every gruesome moment of it. Finally, crunchy tacos make you feel alive and remind you that life takes work and grit and you chew and fight to swallow OR choke and die. Soft tacos are for the vag that wants the easy way out and can’t crunch his way through any call objection pitch or rejection. So umm yeah there it is. No soft tacos in my house. In fact no one eats anything til they close a deal. Too dramatic? Fuck no sell something.

Can we not have both? The Soft shell has all of the sauce and wraps around the hard shell with all of the goods. You get the crunch without the mess!
