Are your decisions in line with your goals?

"the decision I take is focused looking at the mid and long term." How important are GOALS? The best are the best AND stay the best due to intense focus on their goals. Rafael Nadal is skipping two major tournaments to stay in line with his goal "to prolong my career and continue to do what makes me happy."

Are your decisions inline with your goals? Be. Do. Have.

(I tried to upload and image of his tweets... guess that is not happening here... )

I feel like Iโ€™m being sold toโ€ฆ itโ€™s really important to think big picture and if the short term gain is worth it. In Nadals case he probably isnโ€™t 100 percent and pushing it could result in ruining his career with a bad injury. I give him lots of credit and this is super important when we make decisions on our career and life

Well I've been letting myself work in a underpaid position for too long so ofc that's not completely in line with my goals but I'd say the fact I'm here now means I'm back on the right path. Can't wait to grow
