At what MRR does it make sense for a solo entrepreneur to hire sales dev help?

See title.

The biggest struggle I've had since going my own way is dealing with all the processes and systems of my company.

That has eaten into my ability to prospect and outbound, thereby limiting my time spent doing my highest ROI activities in marketing and selling.

If I'm not yet at 10k monthly but knowing that I probably could hit that pretty easily with a part time rep, should I just bite the bullet or keep at current rate and amass more capital?

Have you thought about interns or using something like Fiverr?

Not sure if I trust a rep from Fiverr with my brand like that

Interns may be a better option, at this stage? May be

Yeah potentially. Free coaching and connecting them to opportunities etc

You could try to hire someone on a contract basis. That way if it doesn't work you don't have to renew the contract

Might have to set it up that way

What are these processes and systems that are eating up your time? Is it possible to automate them so you can continue selling? It will likely be cheaper than hiring help. Plus, when you are ready to grow the team, new members will be coming into an efficient organization.
