Attrition/Mass Exodus

In the year 2021, my startup company's small sales organization has lost 6+ early stage members (including the co-founder who led sales). I am also one of these "early stage members" myself. We are on pace to egregiously miss our company number this year, and I don't have much confidence in our direction as a company for future years. When I joined, this was a company that I would run through a wall for, while promoting the culture in the meantime. Now, it is a shell of itself. I am now the most tenured member of the sales team, and the others that are close in tenure, I don't particularly like much, are self interested, and do not care about the company's trajectory. While I am a top performer and I'd like to see this through until my 4 year vesting period is over (I'm at 3 years), why stick around now? Can this be fixed?

If the company isn’t going anywhere , why wait until you are vested. Sounds like your waiting to be vested in a bjg pile of shit?

Cartagena is beautiful, but overrated in my opinion. It depends what you want to do, sightseeing old colonial forts and buildings can be done in a day. If you want to relax at a beach Baru is nearby and you can camp if you wanted to in the island. What did you like about down here?

If you don't see the company following the right direction or don't even talk about it, doesn't make sense to stick because with time I might start to feel like what the hell I'm doing.

I am in a v similar position, lot of sales team have left my company, can absolutely relate to the "shell of itself" thing, we will probably miss the company budget but I am already over for the year, I still enjoy the work so I will stay, would be interested to see how it goes for you
