Anyone who has cold called from their cell phone has probably experienced this...
You make a dial, the prospect rejects the call, you get the automated "Can't talk right now, in a meeting." text....
What is your next step?
For me I typically look at this as permission to text back. I say who I am, why I am calling (hold my punches a bit). and then ask them when a good time for a call is.
I have found this approach extremely successful in getting that next opportunity to speak with the prospect.
What are your thoughts on cold texting a prospect after receiving an automated message?
