This represents about 40 deals over 1.5 years at my last firm. Sold to GM's / real estate managers across commercial real estate management for third party owners (large banks, REITs, consortium, investors, etc) so you're looking at about 3k average deal size across this portfolio.
I was hired in june of '19 to take over the portfolio, didn't get it where we wanted to but i did oversee 138% growth YOY in my time there before getting headhunted to go to my current role.
would never go back into CRE SaaS despite the INSANE valuations right now.
