B2C Growth

Hey guys,

I'm uncertain how to describe my current job but essentially I'm a leasing professional on steroids with strong pay, lots of hours, and lots of say in my 6 person company. I love start ups and helping build something. I grind hard and am preparing to build a family. i want to double what I'm making (80k+ annual=base+com). I know I can do this by jumping to B2B sales/tech/etc. but really love working with consumers... what positions should I look into that are high level B2C sales?

or, should I simply bite the bullet and jump into a B2B/enterprise type of role?

im personally not a fan, BUT the credit card processing companies might be a good fit. They sell a "technology" but its mainly more direct to small business so its got a feel of B2C but technically B2B.

I got my start in merchant services, it's definitely a grind.

Super high value, quite transactional.

how did you do there? I hear it get pumped up with this like really high amount of reoccurring revenue that you collect commission on.

Like low dollar amount on the initial sale but a ton of commission on the back end. How much of that is true
?

This was back in 2011, I did quite well performance-wise, and got moved up to manage a team. BUT the commission structure as an IC was awful, and there was a lot of misleading shit going down - the director was super toxic and really encouraged a dishonest process so I wasn't a fan.

The company was bought by one of the major players not too long after I left.

look into solar. You can still be in B2C but have a 200k+ income potential
