Bad days?

This is a bit of a generic question. But today has been one of those days, it feels like i have got literally nothing done. I procrastinate with everything, spent all day doing everything else but what I need to do. Just cant get stuck in.

Does anyone else have these days? What do you do to get over it? I have had 3 coffees and that has done nothing.

Dude this is normal. You need a change of scenery with no screentime for like 15 minutes. Then come back and accomplish 1 small thing. Then you'll want to accomplish 1 more...and another...

Ya feel me?

I kinda tried that and i even took a bit of a longer lunch but still didnt really help.  Must say though, now that my day ends in 25 mins the thought that i have monday off and a ton of stuff to do is kind of kicking my ass into gear.

Happens to the best of us. If you find you're having several days like this in a row it's a good indicator it's time for a vacation.

When it happens to me I accept it as normal and just do what I can - If I'm not in the mood to pick up the phone I'll build my pipeline and do admin work.

Yeah this happens, they can come out of no where. Try and reset with a completely unplugged break, hell take a 30 minute nap if that doesn't work just recognize it as an off day.

Most importantly, don't beat yourself up over it, that's how the bad feeling lingers into the next day. If don't get out of the rut in the moment then use the "fresh start" of the next day to reset.

My mood changer is music and an iced vanilla latte. Can cure almost any duldrums I’ve got. Also, a phone call with a high-performing friend usually helps too. (Side note: sometimes you just need to take the mental health day, depending on what’s going on to cause you to have an ADHD day.)

Im making monday my mental health day.  im in the middle of an international move, i think that may be contributing to the stress levels.
