This one took 2 months to close and was a previous prospect that we lost out on previously with a different rep. They felt that rep and the partner were too pushy which caused them to back away from the table. Fast forward a year or so later and they wanted to re-evaluate our software and let us know about their previous experience. It took treading lightly as not to seem pushy and there was a scare at the end when they were unresponsive to follow up calls until a email came through a week after no contact saying they wanted to move forward.
