This was a nice upsell opportunity from one of my SDR's. It took 10 days to close as I already sold most of my core products to them already and just needed to get them to sign.


Small win but a happier customer.

I recommend sharing screen and putting fake prices into CRM. Then discount those prices so they think they get a deal but they actually don't. That way I also get them to sign on the demo. Don't know if thats possible in your case?

Has resulted in my opps being the fastest to close and also the lowest amount on both ARR and implementation.

They never check the websites anyways :D
