This deal actually only took 8 days. Yes it was an inbound but it was a fat deal for how small the cost can be on licenses for some of our plans. This to me was pretty interesting because this newer I.T. Manager had been literally ripping apart their ISP's service contract. I also have never seen an internet service provider doing hosted servers so that was interesting. It quickly became a price war that we would of definitely lost. Our product was vastly superior and highly automated for him to administer so in the spirit of helping his company save money against this service providers contract on other things like support and professional services we got them to finally lean in more and move to selection. Barely had to discount, it was a fun deal for sure.
