Base commision split/Percentage

I think it will be helpful to know what split there is out there feel free to comment with the industry or company size as it will be helpful for others in case they want to shit industries and what not.

Good to know. Here it depends on industry actually but I don't know about people working in big tech how they get comped so it's why I ask.

Last two companies (media) that I have been with are structured with a salary for a year then 100% commission. One was a national company, second was under 100 people.ย

For the national company there were no bonuses but for the smaller one there are quarterly bonuses as well as and EOY payout for certain numbers.ย

Mine is around 30/70. Base has remained pretty similar but commission portion/OTE has grown over the yearsย
