I've been seeing some lucrative roles lately...I just accepted one where I've increased my total comp by 60% and negotiated more vacation time/better benefits package. We're not quite at the level of the US yet but don't lose hope.

Making okay money but will be upping my base by $26k and OTE by almost $80k. Have two offers and broke news to my current employer yesterday.ย

Yea itโ€™s been the same for me. I just put my two weeks in. My boss ask what would it take for me to stay? I told him the number the new company is offering and he said: โ€œwow.. thatโ€™s way more then my salaryโ€ definitely not a bad time to be looking.
