This deal took me two months to close. Customer was on the fence the whole time and was trying buy two machines...... No big deal except both were not in stock and by the time he would want to move forward with a deal, the machine I quoted him was sold already. One was supposed to be delivered last week and the other is arriving in september and is part of a separate deal.
Factory departure date for the first machine that was supposed to be delivered last week got pushing into AUGUST!! customer wasn't happy. Found a different machine that was set to arrive sooner but was more expensive. Was able to upsell this machine to the customer and get the 1st half of the deal sooner while padding my margin. Machine is being delivered to my happy customer this week.
