BAT in the comish exchange??!!

Seems like the crypto markets are finally on their last leg up of this bull run. Good for all of you that stuck it out in the last couple of months. If you were like me - you took 80% of your profits sometime around May or before and are looking to take advantage of the last leg before moving your investments elsewhere.

I was reviewing the Basic Attention Token which is a token for the digital advertising industry. It pays publishers for their content and users for their attention, while providing advertisers with more in return for their ads.

I think this would be a great addition to the Comish exchange, considering anything bought with fiat will lose value from here to December, BAT may actually help us keep that value and perhaps grow it during this last leg up!!

It would also be a great addition for all of our international sales ninjas!

What do you savages think?! Worth a review by the Generals?

Sendoso runs the exchange now, and it's highly unlikely that they'll add anything beyond real hard goods to their inventory of items.

I've been using Brave for a while now. I have BAT attached to all my available social accounts. I'm very familiar with BAT and the crypto world in general... In fact I've discussed a Bravado token as well as other potential tokens (including BAT) to be used in the War Room... But we ultimately decided we have too many pressing features and products we need to create first in order to make the WR a long term viable platform. I think in the super long term crypto will find its way into the WR... but for now we have to keep it simple. We're still very much in survival mode. It's a dope idea/concept though.

This is awesome @GeneralCorp ! Glad the thought has come to mind and that you are taking advantage of BAT and the crypto world in general. I do understand where you are coming from, I thought it was a dope idea too that may also help those folks asking for international options. Either way, sure most of us would be happy to keep contributing and kicking more sales ass so we can get closer to the (Worker/Player level) in Bravado if you are familiar with the wealth lighthouse.

It'd be interesting to see how all the cryptocurrencies continue to evolve and change. In the end, the people hold the power over how valuable BTC is, seeing all this play out has been definitely interesting. I'll continue to push little investments into what I see as something that might have value in the future, BAT is one of those in my book.

Interesting idea, but the problem with BAT is that the value can change, so it would be hard to assign a stationary number when the value is constantly moving.

As longs as we're talking volatile, I don't think it would be a great add to a commission exchange where 1 point = 1 point. If the value of your taken changes, then maybe 1 commission point doesn't get you the same amount of that token. You'd need to earn even more commission to just get the same amount of tokens.

Nah. I'd leave that out of the WR. I hold some ETH, PNK, BTC and recently got a few AXS to see how Axie works but that's it. It's risky investment.

That makes sense, It would be risky but the crypto market is definitely that - thought it could be something to expand upon. The basic attention tokens are great ways to get paid for "attention and content".

I get it, each token is different but I guess the idea behind the commission exchange is more linear. Things have a certain fixed value, the way to earn those things is to just get to that same value worth on points you earn at a fixed rate. No risk there, so they can't be equal. That's my point.

Absolutely, makes perfect sense. The volatility is something natural of the crypto space. The fixed value is being calculated in fiat though, but from where I stand - It would be up to me to choose between a yeti mug for example and a 50pack of BAT for example. The Mug is cool, but BAT is something I can eventually trade and grow (at least until eoy) thus is more valuable to me, then a second mug... or a super cool license plate holder - which I will get but I only have 1 car. hehe

honestly @eds I do not fully understand how it works mate, I just know i get bits of tokens for using their browser. There are a few ad notifications popping up periodically though
