BDR's and AE's - What have you found are the most creative/best one liners to get a cold email response?

I've been trying to increase my email response rate recently. So, I'm wondering if anyone has some unique tips/trick to get a response out of someone.

I've seen some pretty interesting emails from coworkers that have seen some success, but I'm wondering what the War Room has to say!
