Is there anyone who has received an end of the year bonus as an sdr? How could one ask for one? would it usually be in your contact?

It was glass. and then I had a few cheap gold plastic ones too hahah
TBH I do like the glass ones.

SDRs at my company get a quarterly bonus based on the orgs performance
Never heard of it unless you have negotiated for it or itโs a part of your agreement with your employer

For my compan at the Sales Kickoff our top performer gets a stack of some USD
SDR/BDRs are usually comped throughout the year. If this is the case, then bonuses are discretionary and will most likely come as a surprise.
Most people in any sales capacity do NOT receive end of year bonuses.
For me the bonus would be the week off. Don't disturb me during christmas and new year. No email / ping / cries for help.
