This deal has taken me about 9 months, and she at one point has told me I was too expensive and that she was not sure what to do. I still kept dropping seeds, and provided her with an additional quote. She then left me hanging about 1.5 months, and then reached back out asking for a 3rd quote. Come to find out her asst. reached to a coworker of mine a few week ago and started getting quotes from him too! So we made sure to give them both the exact same numbers. In the end they chose to go with me, but we are gonna work on sharing the $$ from the deal!
Moral of the story....don't lower your price cause you are scared of losing the deal.....
UNLESS you need to just hit your numbers...lol
