Annonny closed a deal for $8.2k to the Title department

This is something I went into, however I have been chasing her for 6 months to set up a proposal appt with her. I decided I was going to clean out my pipeline and so I just sent her the proposal with a lengthy email. She ended up deciding she liked it and we moved forward! Took about 4 business days from the email to closing of the deal!
