Hey, I've been in the govtech space but have been successful in F500 space. Any ideas if recruiters/hiring dept's make a snap decision based on govtech or F500? I can close deals and build pipeline.

Or it’s just really competitive right now as a lot of people are looking for jobs in tech sales especially after layoffs? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Most of the time, when you apply online, the ATS is looking for certain key words. If you don't have enough, the decision is made before anyone sees your resume. Use JobScan.co to help you with the whole keyword thing.

Start connecting with past coworkers who currently work at companies you want to be at. See if they will refer you

I don't think so,recommend you to start networking as I believe you already got what it takes to get an opportunity very easily for being at the F500 space before!
