just a question guys/gals

Has anyone had to deal with a righteous and misguided colleague, how did y'all professionally rise above and not cause a scene?

Empathy and compassion. Be kind, but don't say more than you need to. That person has something going on that you know nothing about. Be kind, then move on to your day.

This right here, you don't have to be nice, you don't have to be mean. But you can be empathetic and compassionate for them.
Don't talk shit behind peoples back either, if they are talking shit with you, likely they are talking shit about you.

It only gets more difficult as you move into leadership and the ego's that come with certain colleagues multiply by 10x.  Some days I feel like I spend most of my time playing internal politics.

If you join a SaaS company and thrive at the beginning due to inbound leads and good SDR and then sales start going down due to a change of SDR and less inbounds, does that mean you’re not a competent sales person or does it mean it’s time to move on to another company?
