Highlight - won the terms negotiation with the customers' COO. He doesn't stand to benefit from this deal and kept asking for silly revisions that I couldn't get approved internally. On the last term that he asked to revise (after he signed, by the way) I responded with "I'll ask internally, but my legal team is going to want to know what we're getting in return as we've already made concessions. Is there anything I can bring them?" and he gave up.
