Best business plan presentations?

Friends - I have someone stumbled into a meeting with a SVP at my company, which I am very excited about. The request was for a review of my business plan to better understand how I operate as a business person. I work at a company that has never made us do any formal business planning, and I am at a complete loss how to organize and articulate. Any tips on what has worked for you?!

- how do you organize your territory
- how do you prospect your organized list
- how do you go about qualifying your ops
- how do you progress each deal forward leveraging your internal tools
