I've used most all of them and at this point it seems like they're all very comparable. My team uses Apollo now, mainly due to the integration with the prospecting component and the cost. It depends on the exact needs of your organization, but if I had my perfect tech stack I'd probably use SalesLoft.

SalesLoft is my favorite out of all of them. We've used all of them as well and I think SalesLoft genuinely cares more about their product.

Yeah, I've flipped back and forth a few times through the years. Outreach seemed to blast past SalesLoft for a couple years, but SalesLoft must have taken that personally and went all-in on product.

In my research, I've found Apollo to be around the same price as Salesloft and Outreach for Professional Edition. Am I wrong?

Or was your decision due to the fact that Apollo gives you unlimited emails and 50 numbers in professional edition included? ie. saving you money on Lusha/Seamless.ai

So, we started with Quickmail.io, then moved to SalesLoft and then moved to Apollo. I remember when I saw Apollo for the first time. Friday 6pm, working from a Starbucks in Sao Paulo (where our sales team is), saw a demo, by 8pm I was convinced to ditch SalesLoft and buy a yearly plan for Apollo :-)

Apollo gives us leads + cadences. We literally don't need to prospect in LinkedIn anymore. Plus the cadences tool is quite advanced (possibility to add multiple domains, very detailed analytics, etc.).

Have used Salesloft and Outreach previously and now currently use Groove. Salesloft wins for sure, ties in so well to everything and easy for collaboration and onboarding new people. Groove is my least favourite by a mile. It's just too immature in the market and missing key features that almost everyone else has e.g. being able to cope with different timezones.

Curious to know why you feel Groove is immature? What do you feel is missing?

Groove just has a lot less features and integrations. The user interface is also super clunky and buggy and the lack of timezone adjustments is frustrating for anyone over the date line to the US.
