Best cold email subject lines?

Hi there - I work for a last-mile logistics company and I see email open rates anywhere from 10-20%.

What are the best headlines you've used to simply get opens?

I've used the standard "Introduction" and "[prospect company name] & [my company name] in an effort to sound less sales / marketing esc.

When the subject line speaks to my prospect directly OR instantly hits a pain point without them even opening the email, that's when I've found the most success.

Try personalizing with the word Your + relevant pain point or trigger event.

Subject Line:

This is a cold email

Body:

This is definitely a sales email, and my objective is definitely to book a 15 min phone call with you - all intentions over the table - So I’ll get straight to my reasons.
Our current market change is causing companies to be erased from the battlefield while others are conquering new grounds, and as we see how organizations move into remote models, "OUR" point of view starts to make more and more sense. We Copy and Paste your current sales formula Reduce the operation/training cost while doing so Start conquering new grounds.

If we could achieve results for similar to what we did for "Company Name", for example, would it make sense for us to chat?

Talk soon.

Personalized email subject lines usually work best. Takes like 3-5 minutes but looking up the person on social media and finding something they care about and then relating it back is a great way to get opens and responses

Do you think they find this creepy or they appreciate it?

It can be construed as creepy but LinkedIn is publicly available information so I’ve really never had it backfire.

I like to quote the prospect from social media on problems they face.

I do the one word (product) followed by question mark line and find it works very well.  For ex, "burger?"

I’m a big fan of “A little help?”

I've been using "meeting next week".  It hits anywhere between 50-75% depending on which sequence I use.    I've read to keep everything lowercase.  It's boring and doesn't look like a sales email and more "internal".  Other great suggestions here I will be trying.
