That's good. Our company does it all by hand and candle light.

Oh, thanks for this. Honestly unintuitive. I have zero idea what Iโ€™m looking at most of the time.

We're Canadian based so we tend to go for Canadian solutions first (if they're good enough).

Looks legit! Good to know about their AM team also and the pricing transparency is fantastic. Really appreciate it!

Can absolutely vouch for this. Their Chief of Staff, Graham Collins is fuckin amazing. He will literally help you rework your comp plan if you need it. Software is great, itโ€™s simple and clean.

I use hubspot for quotes and invoicing. It works really well for closed deal tracking and when payments come in.

We're on Hubspot and I love it, just doesn't help us pipe out commissions because of rep percentage complexity. Plus accelerators etc. Is there anywhere in Hubspot that does that?

There is actually. You can set multiple targets for reps and it will track that.

We're in the weeds with TCV/ACV not tracking properly and when we renew+upsell it all shows under renewal :/

It's a lot and I'm also glad I'm not in salesops ๐Ÿ˜‚ย

Google sheets and lots of late nights. Never fun. Commissions is rough until you have big teams (30-40+ reps). There are lots of commissions software out there. Most geared toward big implementations with BIG $$ tickets.

We get everything on a spreadsheet, as a rep I'm happy but not sure how much effort does the team take to prepare it

Followingโ€ฆ looked at SPIFF and QuotaPath sites. Does anyone know how SPIFF pricing works?

So I asked for a demo but they told me we're not big enough lol. Said the minimum is $15K I believe and they won't even take a call with us until we have at least 20 commissioned salespeople.....

I mean I get it, but now I won't even use them when we get there later this year.
