This is because our brains work very quickly and starting with 'will you' causes them to begin thinking immediately about objections and they may miss the exchange. Examples If I can lower the CPI price, will you still be interested? If I get you a proactive proposal based on a dummy brief, would you like to sit down and look through it?

I almost feel like having a minimum commission in place to create new threads is a good idea. I know other forums do it.
New members have to get 50 commission before they're allowed to start new topics - would force them to start participating in threads and getting a feel for what goes on here. I guess people could game the system by just posting "this" and "yeah" on a bunch of shit but it might help the situations where new members enter and create eight new polls in an hour.

Maybe decreasing the value of comments and increasing the value of upvotes could work as well?
