Never even heard of half of these. I like SFDC if the admin team is good, and the data stays clean. However, that seems rare.ย

Hmm, you seem to be missing Netsuite as an option. I can put my hand on my heart and highly recommend to not use that one.ย

We have an IT guy building websites that use the data and make it visual for us. I think a crm should be able to do this as standard.ย

This is the first CRM iโ€™ve ever used so itโ€™s hard to say. It was definitely an adjustment - Iโ€™m used to just keeping a log in Excel. Thereโ€™s a lot of things that bug me or Iโ€™d like to tweak, but it is a pretty simple interface

I don't need nor want my CRM to look like a social media platform.

I prefer SF, but HS isn't that bad. I like that I can type in a company URL and it populates the company data for me. And that you can call right from the browser without any additional products needing to be added.

Calling is all integrated... not a separate app. I like the way it's setup how everything in the system is account based. We were a customer of Close from almost their start up and we were able to see them grow and add awesome new features.

We eventually ended up moving over to SFDC a year ago because we wanted to get every department using the same system and Close was just for sales.

I miss it haha.
