I've never really taken clients to many events outside of industry specific events. I'd love to see what other people do!
I used to take doctors to high end restaurants a few times a week. Everyone likes to eat....and drank.
I did a private Raptor's suite a few years ago...it was a blast!
I'd say any sporting event would be fun and would be a great way to keep conversation loose and not entirely business related.
Also, maybe golf. Never played it, but I can see how a short competitive game walking, chatting, and being relaxed outdoors can help a bunch.
