Send them an email saying you're sorry you missed them, hope all is well and propose some alternate times. If they ghost that I'll call them a few times over the next week or two, if still nothing I send the Chris Voss "have you given up on this discussion" email and set an activity to reach out again in a few months.

Take this one step further and act like you were the no show because you got pulled into a last minute meeting

I've stayed logged into the meeting and then call to remind them to log on.

Thats fair, I usually find they dodge your calls afterward though which is always a bummer

If I have their phones I call, and send SMS, whatsapp in the same time. an agreed meeting is an agreed meeting so you have to show that you're a bit angry if they don't show up.

I've always thought that if you show you're a bit angry, they'll get defensive and annoyed. What's your experience been?

Well I express my anger and frustration, make it personal get them to express remorse, then quickly diffuse and forgive it.

An email that says something like "I'm sorry we weren't able to connect for our meeting today - I hope everything is okay! Are you available same time tomorrow?"
But this would be after I called them twice and texted them once.
