I want to give something to our BDRs for all the meetings they give us etc as well as maybe to my boss as a thanks.

Give them a voucher/point for each qualified deal they give you. Once they reach 17 vouchers/points, you buy them a fifth of their favorite liquor. (1voucher/pt = 1 shot)
Grocery gift cards are nice. I like snacks and love beer.

I feel like Starbucks gift cards are really played out. Booze is always a nice go to. I've done GolfTech lessons before to guys I knew well and were into golf.
I like to gift stuff folks normally wouldn't buy themselves. Something that is like a special occassion type of things. A restaurant they normally wouldn't spend on, an extra streaming service or a collectible they have had their eye on. Sometimes personal, but not too personal.
Something more work focused than a lot of the comments below is the Rocket Book. Its a reusable notebook. I always thought it was gimmicky, but I've found it useful.
To be fair, I think it only makes sense if they prefer handwritten notes even when in front of a computer (honestly unless you are perfect with your mute/unmute, typing on a video call is probably the most annoying thing you can do to a prospect).
It is great being able to jot down notes and then scan them straight to my work's OneDrive. This helps me always have notes to refer back to, even months down the line, without having to try and track the paper down I took them on.
