Best messaging for a final attempt email before giving up on a warm prospect who went cold?

I think different sales reps have a different number of attempts but curious what messaging you use on your final attempt. Of course a good way to spark a conversation is to add something of value that catches their attention. However, I've seen some funny things here such as silly images to spark some humor. Any tips or tricks beyond the mundane here?
