I used to do the plane jane OOO email but then a few years ago I decided to spice it up and show my personality a bit. Haven't received any negative feedback from it yet. I switch it up a little depending on the season and what I am doing. Open to feedback on it if people have different thoughts :)

Hi there,
Thanks for your message! Winter is here so I have traveled down south to soak up the sun.

BAD NEWS: Iโ€™m OOO until November 14th with no internet access. I will be slow to respond.ย
GOOD NEWS: If you do not have a Customer Success Manager to help you, my colleague X will be in office to answer all of your questions. If your request is urgent, please contact X (EMAIL).ย  If not, rest assured I will answer you on November 15th

Have a great week!ย
