I think there was a post about this a few weeks ago, but I can't find it.

Anyway, I am pre work all the way. It keeps me accountable, starts the day off with a win, and I find I am much more energized and focused all day.

My alarm goes off and I just picture Jocko screaming GOOD.

Im pre work fan I noticed another post about this you can check out. Anyhow yes routine and habits help especially healthy ones. Before work will give you a sense of accomplishment and is easier to put out of the way

Definitely routine.

Cardio in the morning (I skip or row).

Weights either at lunch or after my schedule clears late afternoon - depending on the day.

I find that going before work is very helpful in waking me up and getting a good start to the day. However, some days getting out of bed before the sun is extremely challenging. I try and do 3 mornings early and 2 days after work.
