@Tresย I showed up expecting a beach front room and got upgraded to to a overwater bungalow with a floor window down to the water. It was insane!
Punta Mita, Mexico. Week-long trip and the suites where $3k per night. They included a personal butler who would follow you around the hotel and brought you anything you needed at any time, a personal pool, and an outdoor shower. Quick story, we were hanging out at the beach, drinking and letting loose and my colleague's butler came up and suggested that he put sunscreen on because he was looking burnt and the butler got him sunscreen right away without asking.ย
Now THAT sounds like a trip worth working hard for all year long.ย
We did ours last year in Costa Rica. It was by far my favorite. I've been to dozens of all inclusive in Mexico and Caribbean, Vegas, Disney, etc.ย Costa Rica was just so beautiful, tropical -- would go there every year.ย

I always bring my wife.ย The about of bullshit she puts up with dealing with me and my crew...plus, she's way more fun than my boring ass.ย

We did Whistler one year, but not during snow season (which was fine with me since I don't ski). Many reps were unhappy the non-beach choice but I rather liked the scenery and outdoors activities. ATV, hiking, planes, etc
That still sounds fun! Chances are if they made pres club they can pay for a nice beach vacay anyway :)

A friend of mine won PC as his company and the reward was Maui for 5 days. It was canceled of course but instead, they just sent them Airpod pros.ย

Bora Bora - never happened, cancelled by Covid, almost as if the company knew to tease us with the best and then cut everyone a 3k check.
Australia (from the states), Done Hawaii, the Bahamas, this resort in Arizona, Mexico.
Grand Velas Riviera Maya, Playa Del Carmen Mexico for the last 3 years and it is awesome!

We just launched our first ever Prex Club this year and the winners from 2021 will get a nice trip to UK to be wined and dined. Wish they would've had this when I was still an IC with the company but super happy for those who have a chance to qualifyย
I've gone to Cabo and Atlantis in the Bahamas which was awesome but unbelievably humid. It was also suspected that it was moved to the Bahamas bc most pres club winners were on the west coast and the flights provided had a long layover making the travel time over ten hours for a 3 night 2 day trip.ย
Playa Del Carmen, this year it's a big lake a few hours away for our local office *slow tear*
Bal was so sweet.ย
When are they going to start inviting SDRs to presidents club?!
