Best product or Best Service/experience?

I know a ton of people (buyers) who've told me that they would gladly buy a product that was lighter on features and candidly not as good as another if they didn't like working with the rep from the stronger option.

What do you think is more important: having a better product or being someone that people wants to work with?

Everybody is going to have a competing product that some people can see flaws in or poke holes in when selling against a product that are out of your control, but what you can control is the customer experience you provide to you customers.ย

Love this! Control what you can control - it may be cliche but it is so for a very good reason!ย

Product is the most important part for buyers. People love me for the most part but that won't push them to buy when they've seen major gaps in what they need

True, but if products are comparable, your relationship shines.ย
