Best sales book or audiobook?

I just finished GAP Selling by Keenan and it’s one of my favorite I’ve read thus far.

It does a great job of explaining how to dig in and find out what someone’s pain is so you can help get them from their present state to their desired future state (the Gap).

What’s yours?

For an actionable framework, I would recommend Triangle Selling by Cory Bray. It might be best geared towards SMB - MM SaaS selling... but there's some good stuff in there.

For mindset, I always recommend Fanatical Prospecting (Jeb Blount). The audiobook is great, read by him. I like this book because it reminds you that lots of things in sales aren't in your control, but some are. You are in control of your time and how you spend it.

The Challenger Sale has become my bible especially since it is very practical for the unprecedented times we are in.
