Salesforce for CRM with Salesloft for the SEP. It's peanut butter and chocolate. Can't have one without the other in all honesty

How large is your organization? If you don't have a large sales team and you don't need a ton of integrations that will be needed I'd strongly suggest looking into Close.io.

We used them before making the change to SF and, honestly, I wish we could switch back.

You dial right from Close without any integrations or third party apps too.

To dial from Salesforce you need to have a third party integration... the best one we could find that did everything we needed it to do is ringDNA. The best thing about Salesforce is our ringDNA integration.

Do you dial out or outreach from SF directly? Any integrations you recommend?

Dialing from Outreach is awesome, they also provide a local number, definitely increases answer rate.

I actually don't mind Pipedrive, why don't you like it?

It wasn't scalable imo.

The automation was poor as well as the lack of integration for some of the hotter tools on the market (Outreach is the biggest that comes to mind).

my team uses Hubspot - we like it. Some basic features not available which makes it an issue, but otherwise, it's good.

what are some of those basic features missing? I've found it hard to AB test on Hubspot.

if you want to look at all your tasks that are due for all deals that are in a certain sales stage, you can't. Limited filters for tasks, so if i wanted to also look at tasks for deals that have a chance to close "high" (a field I created) - I cannot run that report.

Depends on the industry honestly. I'm beginning to see more and more pop up that are industry specific for example construction has a great one called cosential.

It works only if you're using gmail. But it sits and integrates within your email. So everything (notes, interactions, etc) is all in your email interface and you won't have to login to a different platform. I like it because its very simple

Hands down the integration you get with Salesforce + Outreach is insane, they complement and support each other so well.

Salesforce 💪 ... but in all fairness, we have started paring it with outreach

I think it depends largely on stage/size/market/complexity.  I'm a VERY longtime SFDC user, but in some consulting was intro'd to Hubspot.  I can see how Hubspot would be a clear winner in some spaces because it's just easy.  Plugging in a company URL to create an entire account is intuitive and nutso easy.  That's not all, but for starting companies, I don't see why Hubspot isn't the choice up until integration needs prohibit it.

Really depends on your organization size and type. Salesforce is generally the best due to scalability but id recommend HubSpot in earlier stage companies.

Close! I think it used to go by Close.io is fantastic. It's a great out of the box solution that doesn't require much setup / customization unlike Salesforce or Hubspot.

We were using Close and then switched to Salesforce and it's been a rough few months trying to get the team used to the big changes.

We were with Close from what feels like their beginning and they've been making awesome updates / changes.
