Best Sales Management courses?

Does anyone have recommendations for the best online Sales Management courses? Budget is pretty open. I have met with a few mentors but I'm looking for something more structured to benchmark my company's fledgling sales team against, especially when it comes to operations.

Is your company VC funded? You may have better luck reaching out to a sister company's VP of Sales or COO to learn more about how they run their ops and sales orgs than you will from a cookie-cutter course.

Thanks for replying! We're bootstrapped (stable and profitable, been around for a while) and our customer base is primarily self-serve, so there's no internal sales network to speak of. We recently started offering an enterprise product which is why we spun up a sales team.

Got it--how about a board/advisors? There may be resources there, too. Unfortunately, I've never been an employee at a company in your position, so I'm not sure what else to do :)
